Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Service
AIDEALT provides workflow software for collecting, organising and exporting supplier evidence. CarbonProof additionally organises industrial activity and emissions-related records, source references, frozen snapshots and verifier handovers for CBAM workflows. It does not provide emissions calculations, accredited verification, verification opinions, CBAM certificates or CBAM Registry submissions. It does not provide legal advice, deforestation analysis, risk assessment, certification, due-diligence conclusions or regulatory filing. Customers must use the exported material within their own EUDR due-diligence process.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful collection instructions, supplier communications, accuracy review, risk assessment, regulatory decisions and determining whether exported material is sufficient for their EUDR process. Customers must keep account credentials secure and restrict supplier links to the intended recipients.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful material, malware, credentials, unrelated sensitive personal data or data they are not authorised to process, interfere with service security, probe other customer workspaces or use the service for abusive messaging.
4. Trials, plans and fees
EUDR Bridge offers a 14-day pilot for up to three active suppliers. CarbonProof offers a 14-day pilot with one installation, one reporting period and 30 MB of document storage. No card is required for either pilot. CarbonProof Verification Cycle is a one-time software licence for one installation and one reporting period with 90 days of editing. Monthly Plant and Partner subscriptions renew until cancelled in billing. Period and storage limits are workspace totals, not monthly reset allowances. Existing evidence remains readable and exportable after editing access ends, subject to retention, acceptable use and applicable orders. Paid plans, supplier limits and prices are shown at purchase or in an applicable order. Subscriptions are recurring until cancelled unless an order states otherwise. Taxes may apply, and enterprise or invoice arrangements may use separate commercial terms.
5. Availability and product changes
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. AIDEALT may change features, limits or integrations as the product evolves, while avoiding material reduction of a paid customer's core service during an agreed term without reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Data processing
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement. Customers remain responsible for having a lawful basis to provide supplier and producer data to the service.
7. Suspension and termination
AIDEALT may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, non-payment or legal requirements. Customers may stop using the service and manage paid subscriptions through the available billing process. Data return or deletion after termination follows the applicable order and Data Processing Agreement.
8. Warranty and compliance disclaimer
No warranty is made that use of AIDEALT alone achieves EUDR or CBAM compliance, satisfies a competent authority or prevents enforcement, delay or commercial loss. The customer remains the operator of its regulatory process and makes the final compliance and filing decisions.
9. Liability and governing terms
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any negotiated liability cap, indemnity, governing law, venue or customer-specific service level must be stated in an executed order form or customer agreement. Where no such agreement exists, applicable law determines those matters.
